CHICO, Calif., Sept 15, 2022…Coming off a successful Gold Cup, SLC Promotions and Silver Dollar Speedway is thrilled to host a two-night winged 360 sprint car show in recognition of former track champions, Tyler Wolf, and Stephen Allard.
On Friday night September 30th, the rescheduled Tyler Wolf Memorial with the Sprint Car Challenge Tour will take center stage.
Then on Saturday night, October 1st, the $5,000 to win Fall Nationals in tribute to Stephen Allard will take place.
Lucrative money is on the line for the two special nights of racing. The Tyler Wolf Memorial will pay $4,000 to win plus lap money gathered by the track. All 35-laps of the Friday night main event are sponsored. There is also a hard charger award and first non-transfer from B main gets $200. Details about the extra money and the sponsors will come in a follow up release.
Sprint car enthusiast and artist Randy Frank is working on a new special designed Stephen Allard t-shirt. The shirt will be for sale at the event with proceeds helping to add to the overall purse of the Saturday night show.
“Looking at the schedule and the amount of racing still to get through on the West Coast, we felt a two-day show was the best option for all parties involved,” said Colby Copeland of SLC Promotions. “There was talk of making this a three-day event but after discussing with multiple groups and discussing amongst ourselves, this two-day event was in the best interest of drivers and fans.”
The Silver Dollar Speedway track championship is also on the line. Shane Golobic holds a 56-point edge over Tanner Carrick and Max Mittry. Sean Becker is fourth and Justin Sanders rounds out the top five. The track point championship has been a culmination of every sprint car race starting back in March.

Pit Gate opens at 2 pm Friday and Saturday.
Front Gate opens at 5 pm on Friday night.
Front Gate opens at 4 pm on Saturday / with happy hour & DJ from 4 pm to 6pm
