As we close in on the 2019 season the Sprint Car Challenge Tour is currently looking for “Kids Dash for Cash” sponsors. The Kids Dash has been a popular part of the night over the last two seasons and hopes are to continue it at each event this year. The cost to sponsor a night has been $150, with $100 going to a particular event and then $50 being used for the championship finale in Stockton. The Sprint Car Challenge Tour Kids Dash for Cash will work as follows: Each night a limited number of kids, ages four to ten, will have the opportunity to take part in the Kids Dash just before the Dash draw for sprint car drivers. At that point a minimum of 2000 nickels will be dropped on the racetrack and the youngsters will have a chance to pick up and keep as many coins as they can. The 2019 season opens on Saturday March 30th at Placerville Speedway.
